The ASUU never suspended their strike. It was a misplacement of content and the contribution of a corrupt reporter.  I urge you all reading this post to continue to pray for  this country and pray for the educational sector precisely. Things will be well in Jesus name. Amen

Below is the fake drafted write up by an anonymous student that has been going viral.

On the 11th of September 2017, 9:00am the ASSU's delegate met with the FGN. A memorandum of understanding was reached after about three hours of close door meeting and this resulted to the calling off of the ongoing strike as schools are told to resume work as from 18th of September 2017( next week Monday) . The chairman of the association said

'We  pray for journey mercies for the students as they journey back to school. We are sorry for the strike, but our rights need to be fought for. This is the only way our voice can be echoed. We apologise for whatever inconvenience it has caused. All tertiary institution is to resume back on Monday 18th of sept, and all d institutions are expected to conducted their individual screening excercise and the result ready before 10th October as the general 2017/2018 academic session is to begin on or before 30th of October 2017.... We are so grateful for the support of the schools under the oneness of this association'....
